Student Records Administrator

As a Student Records Administrator, you will:
• have a good eye for detail when entering data into the Management Information System (MIS) and checking both online and paper enrolment forms for accuracy
• provide excellent customer service in response to queries from staff, students and parents / carers.
• assist with the maintenance of records held on the MIS including processing student withdrawals and transfers.
• provide a year-round front of house service on a rota basis as required.
• manage and reply promptly to emails, written correspondence and verbal communication.

What you will bring to the role:
• experience of working with Management Information Systems (MIS).
• experience of working with the public in a customer service environment.
• a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.

The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00, Friday 08.30 – 16.30.
