As our Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer you will:
• Provide one-to-one wellbeing support
• Be a member of our Safeguarding team, which includes being duty officer on a rota basis
• Maintain confidential records and support compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
• Promote safeguarding best practice and contribute to staff and learner awareness initiatives

What you will bring to the role:
• GCSE grade 4/C or above specifically in English and Maths
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
• Understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion and the Equality Act 2010
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
