As our Lecturer in Functional Skills, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that support learners in developing the skills they need to succeed both in college and beyond.
- Keep students motivated, including in group work, one-to-one support, practical activities, and digital learning where appropriate.
- Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

What you will bring to the role:
- Relevant industrial/commercial/subject experience.
- Level 3 (or equivalent) in related subject.
- An ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- Innovative and creative in meeting the needs of learners.
