Associate Lecturer in GCSE Maths (Bank)
Chichester College Group is seeking an engaging and resilient Associate Lecturer in GCSE Maths to deliver aspirational, purposeful Maths lessons to students re-sitting their GCSE. This role is ideally suited to a Maths specialist who can connect with vocational learners, build trust quickly, and deliver engaging, relevant lessons that clearly demonstrate how Maths skills support life, work, and long-term career progression within industry.
As our Associate Lecturer in GCSE Maths, you will:
• Deliver exciting and challenging lessons to a wide range of learners undertaking a re-sit of the GCSE curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with other lecturers and managers to design a scheme of work which stretches and challenges learners while underpinning recall techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for all learners.
• Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.
