We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Higher Education (HE) Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting a growing and ambitious HE provision within the college group.
As our HE Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the HE team to ensure the efficient operation of HE programmes, including maintaining accurate student records in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements (e.g. OfS, awarding organisations).
- Liaise with academic staff, quality teams, and central services to coordinate key activities such as assessment boards, moderation, validation events, and quality reviews.
- Support engagement with awarding bodies and partner institutions, including the preparation and submission of documentation required for audits, reviews, and quality assurance processes.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of working within an administrative role.
- Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience of working with management information systems (including input and analysis of data).
