The Accommodation & International Admissions Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the College's international students and accommodation services. Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, respond to enquiries, assist with student inductions and welfare activities, and help ensure a positive experience for students, parents, agents and accommodation providers.
As our Accommodation & International Admissions Administrative Assistant, you will:
• Provide efficient administrative support for the Accommodation and International Admissions team, dealing with enquiries from students, parents, agents, accommodation hosts, staff and members of the public.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and correspondence relating to accommodation inspections, admissions activities and student support services.
• Support student inductions, welfare interviews, information events and intake weekends to ensure a positive student experience.
• Assist with accommodation services including host visits, campus and residence tours, and providing support across halls of residence when required.

• Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with students, parents, agents and accommodation providers.
• IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
• A customer-focused, proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to international students.
