As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Support the staff recruitment process by using our Applicant Tracking System to process applications, send correspondence, prepare paperwork, make arrangements for interviews and obtain required information.
- Provide an efficient and customer-focused reception service for the HR team
- Undertake other administrative tasks to support the wider HR team as required.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of office administration and working in a customer focused environment.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- Time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

The working pattern for this role will be 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
This role is for a fixed term period of secondment cover for a maximum of one year or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
