As our Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver engaging, data-informed marketing campaigns that increase student recruitment and raise brand awareness across the Group.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Marketing Officers, Marketing Coordinators and Schools Outreach Officers across multiple campuses.
- Oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activities, events and open days that support strategic recruitment targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across curriculum, sales and business support teams to create campaigns that deliver measurable results and support enrolment growth

What you will bring to the role:
- Significant experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering against strategic targets.
- Experience managing, motivating and developing teams across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of strategic and digital marketing, campaign evaluation and audience targeting.
- Proven communication, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The working pattern for this role will be 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
This role is part of a job share arrangement, working alongside another Marketing Campaigns Manager. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required to support events and recruitment activities.
This role is for a fixed term period of maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
