As our Assessor in AAT, you will:
- Support and inspire learners throughout their programme, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in their chosen career. Working closely with employers and colleagues, you will deliver high-quality coaching and support that enables learners to achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential.
- You will create and review learning plans, set targets and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and feedback to support progress. Using online systems and awarding body requirements, you will track achievement, maintain accurate records and ensure learners remain on track towards successful completion.
- Collaborate with colleagues and employers to meet learners’ needs and achieve their potential.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of coaching, training and/or assessing learners in a vocational or professional setting.
- Relevant and recent vocational experience in the relevant industry sector.
- Experience of using a range of assessment techniques to prepare learners for timely End-point assessment.
- Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and challenge learners to achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with learners, employers and colleagues.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- The ability to maintain accurate records and use online systems to track learner progress.
